After a long sabbatical from diving, the Amateur Athletic Union is again sponsoring diving. The time could not be better for Niagara District, New York, and the whole Diving community. We have great coaches, and beautiful new facilities in high schools and colleges across the district. The technology and tools available to coaches are better than ever. From the diving boards to the video replay systems to the real time competition results, training and competing is more fun than ever. It is a perfect time to get excited about diving.
